If they haven't replied within about a minute and a half, the system triggers what's called a whisper call.

Your phone rings. You hear something like, "New lead for Pro Pressure Washing. Press any key to connect with John Smith."

You push a button. It calls the lead. You're on with them within MINUTES of them filling out your form.

Nobody does this. This is how you win.

Step 3: The 17-Day Follow-Up Sequence

Let's say you can't get them on the phone right away. Most people give up after one or two attempts. We don't.

The automated follow-up sequence runs for 17 days. Here's what that looks like in action...

  • A second call attempt after 6 hours.
  • Tasks assigned to your salesperson to make manual call attempts.
  • Follow-up emails spaced out over days.
  • SMS messages at strategic intervals.
  • Double dials in the morning, double dials in the afternoon.
